Cookie Policy

Last updated: [DATE]

This Cookie Policy explains how JES WEB PTY LTD uses cookies and similar technologies in connection with CardIndexer (the "Service"). It should be read alongside our Privacy Policy.

1. What cookies are

Cookies are small text files stored on your device. Similar technologies include local storage and browser extension storage. They let a service remember you and how you use it.

2. How we use them

  • Strictly necessary: to authenticate you, keep you signed in, and secure the Service. These are required for the Service to function.
  • Preferences: to remember settings such as your auto-save choice.
  • Analytics (if enabled): to understand aggregate usage so we can improve the Service.

The browser extension uses local extension storage to hold your card labels and settings on your device; this is not a tracking cookie.

3. Third-party cookies

Our authentication and billing providers (for example Clerk and Stripe) may set cookies necessary to provide their services. See our Sub-processors list.

4. Managing cookies

You can control cookies through your browser settings, including blocking or deleting them. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may prevent parts of the Service from working. Where required, we will ask for your consent before setting non-essential cookies, and you can withdraw consent at any time.

5. Changes

We may update this Cookie Policy and will post the updated version with a new "Last updated" date.
