This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") applies to your use of CardIndexer (the "Service"), operated by JES WEB PTY LTD, and forms part of our Terms of Service.

1. You must not

  • Use the Service to store data you are not authorised to hold, or to track cards or accounts that are not yours or your organisation's.
  • Attempt to store full card numbers, CVV/security codes, or PINs in the Service.
  • Access, tamper with, or use non-public areas of the Service, our systems, or our providers' systems.
  • Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service, or breach any security or authentication measures.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service, including via denial-of-service, automated scraping, or excessive request volumes.
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code, except to the extent permitted by law.
  • Use the Service to violate any law, infringe intellectual property, or transmit malware or unlawful, harmful, or misleading content.
  • Resell or provide the Service to third parties except as expressly permitted.

2. Fair use

The Service is intended for legitimate tracking of your own or your organisation's card usage. Automated or abnormal usage that degrades the Service for others is not permitted.

3. Enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations and may suspend or terminate access, remove content, or take other action we consider appropriate, including reporting unlawful activity to authorities.
